We will be able to get in to “set up, or decorate” at 6:30 p.m. Friday evening before the reunion; I will be picking up a key earlier in the day. As of now, there will be NO refrigeration available – we need coolers and ice.

Building rental is $300.
They have not mentioned clean-up, but I would assume it to be like any other building rental. They should have brooms/mops/trash bags there, and I would expect to cleanup afterwards or as the evening winds down. I’m sure we sill stay on top of the trash as the day goes on, so we shouldn’t have anything major at the end of the day. If they have a dumpster close by, we can put the bags in; if not, we will leave them inside by the exit closest to the trash container.
I haven’t spoken with Tom recently, so I am not sure if he was able to get us a map of the area; it would be nice if we had one. 2015 would be good for another reunion – I think 5 years, at this point in our lives, is a bit too long to wait . We can ask if anyone would like to volunteer for the committee for the next reunion, and get together a phone/address list before we leave.
